Transitional Concessional Contributions Cap 2009/10

Unlike the other contribution caps, this cap is not indexed and remains at $100,000.

This transitional cap applies (instead of the concessional contributions cap) if the super investor is 50 years of age or older on the last day of the financial year.

This transitional measure will apply until the 2011/2012 financial year.
