10% Pension limit of Transition to Retirement Pensions

Where a member who is receiving a transition to retirement pension suffers a Terminal Medical Condition, the pension immediately changes to an account-based pension.  The restrictions on commutation and the 10% limit on pension payments cease to apply.  The pension will from that date automatically become an account-based pension.
