This document pack provides all the documents a company needs to replace its current constitution with a new updated version. Reasons for updating a company’s constitution include the age of the existing constituent documents (for example, are they still called ‘Memorandum and Articles of Association’?), the desire to specifically permit a one-director company and/or the need to convert the company to a special purpose company.
