The New Super Laws Checklist has now been updated, including a new section dealing with transitional issues, namely, CGT Relief and transitional contribution issues. The CGT Relief flowchart aims to assist advisers ascertain if the client is eligible for CGT Relief, and if eligible, for which type of relief – segregated or unsegregated.
