Recent updates to our Governing Rules ensure SUPERCentral deeds are up-to-date in terms of:

• the Federal Government’s proposal to permit the restructure of legacy pensions
• the extension of the minimum pension payment relief to 2021-22
• the introduction of a new type of non-concessional contribution - the COVID-19 re-contribution
• the improvement of the operation of binding death benefit nominations where the Member and Spouse have commenced divorce or property settlement proceedings
• the introduction of Crypto-Assets as a permitted investment; and
• to allow pensions, which commenced before the fund adopted the SUPERCentral Governing Rules, to be varied so as to change their reversionary status.
