Stamping the holding trust deed implementation

Please note:  Stamping of Holding Trust deed pricing will increase effective from 15th March 2026 to reflect additional costs imposed due to the duties office client identification requirements and lodgement charges.

What's included:

• Review of the evidentiary documentation required to apply for concessional duty on the holding trust deed provided by the client/adviser
• Title search
• Verification of Identity (VOI) requirements
• Letter of advice on how to complete, execute and process all documents through the Stamp Duty Authority
• Purchaser/Transferee Declaration Form
• Statutory declaration (if required by the local duties office)
• Covering letter to the local duties office to apply for concessional duty on the holding trust deed (if required by the local duties office)
